How we handle the personal details you share when you ask for a Machu Picchu tour quote or book on WhatsApp, and how to ask us to delete them.
What you share
Trip enquiry controls can include your travel date and traveler count in a prepared WhatsApp message. You choose whether to send it through WhatsApp. Start with itinerary facts; do not send passport scans, full identity numbers or payment details in an initial enquiry. Confirm the recipient and an appropriate private process before providing identity information required for an accepted booking.
Why we use it
Only to prepare your quote, buy tickets, permits, trains and hotels in your name, and to contact you about your trip.
Who we share it with
Only the suppliers needed for your trip — for example the Machu Picchu ticket system, train companies, hotels and guides. We do not sell your data.
Messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time on WhatsApp to see, correct or delete the details you shared, unless we must keep them for an active booking or legal reasons.
