How to Book Your Machu Picchu Tour
Request a Machu Picchu tour quote on WhatsApp. Review dated availability, inclusions, operator details and payment terms before accepting a booking.
1. Send your date and group
Message us on WhatsApp with your travel date (or a range), number of travelers, ages and the tour or route you are considering.
2. Check tickets, trains and permits
Request a dated check of the admission route, entry time, trains and any trail permit required by your itinerary. Ask which arrangements are confirmed and which remain pending; an enquiry does not hold them.
3. Request an itemized quote
Request an itemized quote stating the applicable entry circuit and time, train service, accommodation, guiding, transfers and meals, with inclusions, exclusions and pending arrangements identified.
4. Verify the operator before sharing booking details
Verify the legal operator identity, relevant registration and accepted booking terms before providing the traveler details required by the issuer. Ask which fields are necessary and how to send them privately; do not send passport scans or numbers in an initial enquiry.
5. Payment and confirmation
Obtain payment instructions, deposit and balance deadlines, fees and issuance conditions in writing before paying. Check the issued confirmations against each traveler’s details and the accepted itinerary; a payment acknowledgment alone is not an admission ticket.
6. Before you travel
Ask when and how pickup details will be confirmed for your itinerary, and review the relevant predeparture checklist.
Confirm the terms of your particular booking
Before accepting, obtain the full-party price and currency, deposit and balance deadlines, payment charges, issued-ticket status, cancellation and change conditions, and responsibility if a supplier is delayed. Sending an enquiry does not reserve services.
Ask for pickup coverage, luggage arrangements, guiding, dietary needs and any safety support to be accepted in writing for the specific itinerary. None should be inferred from a general tour label.
For an existing booking, consult changes and refund requests or travel disruption coordination; those guides do not replace your accepted terms.

Do I pay anything to get a quote?
Request a written quote and confirm any consultation or booking charges before accepting services. Do not pay until the operator, payable total and applicable terms have been identified.
Why do you need my passport details?
Machu Picchu tickets, Inca Trail permits and train tickets are personal and issued with your passport number. A mismatch can mean being refused at the entrance.
How far ahead should I book?
Plan ahead for fixed dates and limited trail permits. Ask for current availability before committing to dependent travel; a late enquiry does not establish that tickets, permits or suitable connections remain.
What if my date is sold out?

How much deposit is required?
Request the amount, currency, balance deadline, payment method and fees in your written quote before accepting. Do not assume one deposit rule covers every itinerary.
Can I cancel or change a booking?
Obtain the applicable supplier and operator conditions before payment. Refunds, permitted changes, deadlines and charges depend on the accepted booking; no fixed refund or free-change promise applies here.
